Reaffirmation then Ch 7 discharge-what now?

What is the name of your state?OH

If you have received your discharge and determine that the vehicle you reaffirmed can't be supported are you stuck or can you retroactively do something with your CH 7 papers?

Your stuck. That is why many BK lawyers and some on this forum suggest avoiding reaffirmation agreements.
