Reaffirmation of vehicle

What is the name of your state? LA

I filed bankruptcy before the law changed. I currently own a motor vehicle financed with GMAC and on the bankruptcy forms I indicated that I was going to retain the vehicle and reaffirm the loan. Just today I noticed on my credit report that GMAC has charged off the loan amount and the caption said that the debt was included in a bankruptcy. Have I screwed up somewhere because this is not what was intended. I am representing myself because I have done tons of research on bankruptcy laws and could not really afford to have an attorney. Can someone tell me what I need to do because I am not going to give the vehicle up.
