redemption of debt

What is the name of your state? new york my ex used a joint revolving credit acct. which i had closed prior to our separation. she somehow reopened it without my knowledge and used it. she then filed chapter 7 and put a debt redemption on this acct. what does this mean. can i be held responsible for the debt or is she. i found out that she is not living up to her end of the agreement she made with the creditor.
