Relief of Debts

If I were to file bankruptcy before the divorce decree is settled, I am thinking of doing immediately, within the next week, since I am doing the paperwork and completing the portion attached to the divorce decree listing assets and debts, then could I just list no debts under myself? Nothing has been entered or signed yet, the date is 9/22 to have the divorce ppwork done.
