Relief From Stay

What is the name of your state? Georgia

Is there a time limit for filing a Relief From Stay Motion after the 341 Hearing? I know the creditors have 60 days to file an objection after the meeting, but I am not sure about a Relief From Stay.

They can file the Relief from Stay at any time before your discharge.

Yep. Once they get the notice of your BK from the court, they can ask for Relief.

How long does it NORMALLY take to get the stay lifted?

I don't think there's any time 'standard' to go by. I think that's more a function of the workload on the BK court docket. Since the judge would have to review your motion before rendering a decision, it becomes a matter of too little time vs. workload.
