In Arizona, how do I get a judgement removed from my personal record?

What was the judgment for ?
Was the debt that caused it discharged in bankruptcy ??

If you filed bK and included the judgment, then you only need to file a motion to vacate the judgment in the court where it was entered against you. Your reason for the motion - debt discharged in bankruptcy, list your BK case number and discharge date. You may have to show a copy of your creditor matrix to prove to the court the debt WAS included.

And if you did not declare bankruptcy, you must either pay off the judgment and get it satisfied OR wait till the judgment expires.

It will always be on the public record whether it is satisfied, vacated, or discharged (even though it doesn't mean anything).
