Several questions...

1. Can a resident alien (Irish), and green card holder apply under chapter 7?

2. Also, it looks as though future wages may be attached...is this true?

3. Are IRA's dischargable?

4. Finally, I wonder if any future applications for US citizenship would be affected...?
