6/21 is the sale date for my house. I have several ???'s as to how things will play out.
1. I am going to file a ch 13 sometime around 6/10.
Normal house payments are due on the first...when do I have to start making house payments again....8/1 or 7/1?

2. I am going to file this myself....has anyone used the 700law.com site???....this site prepares the documents for you for about $140.

thx for any & all replies....
PS I live in FL

If you were filing a 7 maybe, but a 13 is more complicated. I suggest going to the BK Court and getting the form of petition and all the Schedules and reading it. It you understand everything you may have a better chance of suceeding. I always recommend that petitioners use the services of an attorney in a 13 filing. If you do anything incorrect, it may come back to haunt you many times over.
