Sale of Property while in CH. 13 BKC Plan

Can I sale my house while in an active Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Plan? If yes, do I need permission from the Court?

Sale of House with active Chapter 13 BKC Plan open

My attorney never advised me that I would have to receive prior permission from the court. He would not even talk with the Title Agency's represenative when she called him. She sent her a letter stating that he did not represent me in real estate matters. The closing is set for tomorrow (May 3rd). Can I proceed with the closing transaction and turn over the proceeds to the Trustee and explain that my attorney would not advise me on this matter?
