Schedule E - Priority Unsecured Claims

I'm almost done with my papers. I don't understand instructions for the Schedule E and D for that matter. I have a Tax Lien filled against me (am aware this is NOT dischearchable) but there is NO real property linked to this Lien.

Should I report that Lien on Schedule E or D?
