Schedule F : Did you provide names/agents for CC companies

What is the name of your state? va

From the sched F form on the va bk site, it states you need to supply an employee or agent that can be contacted in regards to the account. Do you just call the 1-800 # and get information or did u look on company sites, etc...

I think you can just use the 800# you usually find for 'customer service' on your credit card statement.
