Schedule F question

What is the name of your state? VT

Hi There,
I am filing without an attorney and was hoping someone if possible could answer a quick question****************************.....I am filling out the Schedule F "CREDITORS HOLDING UNSECURED NONPRIORITY CLAIMS" and I am not sure whether I need to list the original creditor of the credit card debt or the collection agency who now has the debt or both. Any advice would be very much appreciated. Thanks

List everyone who has touched that debt.
Start with the OC and then, state sold, transfered or, assigned to xxx.
