Separated/ Filing ch 7What is the name of your state? Colorado I was wondering if you could still file for a ch. 7, being separated (from my husband) but still living in the same house? Neither one of us has the money to move. Can anyone tell me if this is possible or does one of us have to leave and try to find somewhere else to live? Thanks for your help! |

| You can file separately regardless of your marital status. You'll have to disclose household income and that may have a bearing on the means test. You need to see an attorney and get it all explained . |
