Serious question-are some bankruptcy attorneys better than others?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA
Wife and I are considering filing. Unexpected baby and other expenses have tapped us out.
Sorry if this seems like a dumb question, but are some better than others in obtaining chap 7 versus 13?
Only reason I am asking this is it seems like the means test and other items are pretty set in stone and can't really be altered-the numbers are the numbers,

The practice of bankruptcy law in the areas you are concerned with (consumer debts) is mostly a matter of rote and boilerplate prepared by office secretaries. And the rules, pretty or plain are inflexible. The "better" practitioner is usually one that fits your wallet.
