Question
I am Active duty military. I will be getting out in 4 months. I will recieve servence pay from the military. If I file chapter 7 will they take that money to pay my debts? Or dose this fall under the protection of retirement pay?

Sorry, 'severance pay' is not protected as retirement or pension money.
