What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OR
I am in month 34 of my 36 month Chapter 13 plan.
I was just laid off and can receive $10,000 severamce pay if I sign some documents.
Will my trustee claim this money?
What if I continue tot pay the last 2 month and keep quite about the $10,000?

i have about

$65,000 unsecured debt and the payout is about 30%, although it has been more like 35% with tax refunds, etc.

I think I'd try and get the bk paid off before I accepted the package.

can they be made at once?

Contact your attoreny and have them contact your trustee for a payoff amount. With the plan so close to completion, the trustee will likely let you make the final 2 months at one time.
