ca. Bought a home with co-investor, 5yr contract in 1990, filed bk13 in dec1996. Bk was discharged in 1999, co-investor came and paid back property taxes of $13,000, gave us a default letter, giving 30 days to cure this, or he files a grant deed, he made us sign in 1990. Guess what? He filed it, and wants us out, along with our equity. What are our rights? We never renewed the contract.
