Question
I am a 22 year old college student now living back at home. While I was away at college, I stupidly used every credit card I recieved. I am in debt now around $10,000. I tore up the cards a year ago. I have no job and companies have files documents against me. I was served today with one. I don't know what to do? I cannot find any legal aide. I don't know whether to contact the university and get numbers from them? I have no money and no assets (except a car worth $1000) Please some one help me!!!!!

Can you borrow money from your parents? Can you get a part time job? Talk to the university and a reputable debt consolidation company.
