should I do it

What is the name of your state? Missouri

My wife and I bought a Mobile home 3+ years ago. Well we are needing to move, and we can't get out of the payments. The home is setting in a court and the owner will not let us rent the home. Plus when I was young and stupid I racked up a really bad credit. I have a few jugments on me and someother things like unpaid medical bills and soon. Would Bankruptcy be a choice that we should look in to to get out of the house and move on, or is there a better Idea. We are open for any suggestions you might have.
