Should I File For Backruptcy

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Georgia
Since my uncle died 2 years ago my 76 year old aunt is struggling to make the $900 loan and insurance payment on the RV they bought and she co-applied for a year earlier. We desperatly want to sell the RV but the loan payoff is 130K and the RV's approx. book value is 95k. We need help ASAP and are considering backruptcy as her best/only option. WE NEED HELP!!!

What is her income and from what source? {SS, pension,etc.} Does she have equity in a home, car,etc.

she receives $1,700/mo. from social security and pension. she has a reverse mortgage.

Bk may or may not be a solution. It'll depend on how much equity she has in the home plus, any other assets like savings,etc.
Most bk lawyers will give a free or low cost intial consultation.
