Signing papers

If I signed my BK papers a few weeks ago , So I could make copies ..... can I still file them , or do you have to Date and Sign the papers the day you file??

Deborah**************...I've been trying to figuer out how to file BK on my own and I think I'm ready now,,,boy it was hard to do! adding up all that I own and then quoting the rule that lets you keep them It took me 4 months to get those papers and forms filled out. I had to get creative too, The papers you down load for BK are not filable, I mean you can't fill in the forms, I had to scan them into a program that let me fill them in that way, trouble is they scanned a tad smaller than the originals. I hope that will be ok?
