Simple bankruptcy? What is the name of your state? Ohio Are there such things as simple bankruptcies? I saw this term on another web site, kind of thrown out, you know. "Many are just simple bankruptcies--and yes, there are simple bankruptcies." If so, what are they? If fewer debts are discharged, is this considered a "simple bankruptcy?" Or is it because it was a no-assett case? Too many questions, not enough answers ... |

| Those cases referred to as 'simple' are basically 'no asset' cases. No non-exempt assets, lots of debt, no skeletons or potential frauds hiding in a closet somewhere, no inheritances or pending lawsuits (that would be paid to you). That would be relatively 'simple' in bankruptcy terms.
