Someone please explain PACER entry???

I just found this on our PACER account and it's too late to call my attorney. Can someone please explain what it means?

"Trustee's report of assets and notice of abandonment."

Is this good news or bad?

Based SOLELY on the very limited information in your post, it apears that the trustee has 'abandoned' the courts claim to some asset of the estate (usually as insufficient value). To find out what asset, you would have to read the document.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

Thanks JETX! Mine was the case of the trustee wanting my social security disability payments IF I receive it (I have not even been approved, denied twice and awaiting hearing before an ALJ). We filed an amendment adding the "possible" asset and exempting it also. This was the only problem with our bankruptcy case, so I am assuming it is the only asset in question. The PACER entry is dated 9/8/04. Based on your answer, I guess we'll be receiving paperwork from the trustee??? Our 341 was July 16. Are we still looking at Sept. 14 (60 days) as our day of discharge, hopefully???
