Sorry for not enough info

We filed ch 13 bankruptcy. Our average return is around 5 to $6000. We were told that we could only keep $2000 no mater on num of dependence. I been claming 0 but now I will be claming 3 to get more on my check.
If they take that much thats ok sence I owe.
Also I had a credit card at my bank. (Max $500)
Did not plan to be in the bankruptcy. I owed $400 and not behind on payment. $20 was directly took out of my checking but when the bank recived the paperwork on my bankruptcy after I filled. They put a hold on the amount I owed. Then Two days later made a with withdraw with withdraw slip with someones signature besides mine and deposit directly to the credit card. Witch would been alright but I didn't realize the amount was being withheld and had checks sent out to pay bills. In return didn't hava enough in the bank to cover it all.

And to any one trying to get help with their debt to be carefull. Their is a lot of companies or people out their saying they will help even if they got good credit from the B.B.B. they can put you in worse shap then what you were in the first place.
I found out the hard way.

One of my biggest mistake.
