spending tax refund moneyWhat is the name of your state? ohio My attorney told me that if I spend my refund money that I needed to keep receipts so that I can prove where the money was spent. My question is, if the trustee doesn't think the money was spent the way it should of and they want it back how long do they give you to produce the money? Thanks for the help. Susiei |

| That depends on the Trustee. Its not spending on what THEY want .. you just don't need to blow in on anything that is NOT necessary, NO luxury items. Spend it on food, clothing, dental work, home repairs, kids - just don't go out and buy yourself a flat screen HD TV !!!
