| It might. Its kind of like a doctor being board certified for one specialty or another. A BK specialist may have extra training or is just someone who does a LOT of bankruptcies. I would certainly consider a BK atty's track record above many other things. I'd be looking for the guy who knows the system inside-out, probably knows all the Trustees and their 'style', and does BK as his main thing.. not just an aside in a generic law practice.
