| I live in GA I cannot help you with the limitations but I do no you cannot file on a credit card over 500.00 because of a new law passed this year |

| Thank you for all your replies, four years from the last payment. That leaves one year to go.I had four unsecured credit card accounts, two-two & a half years ago I retained a bankruptcy attorney but could not afford to make the payments. Two of the cards have recently sold the account, now they are calling and sending letters. I don't have the money to pay them.I can't afford bankruptcy any advice on what to do for the next year, or to get them off my back? Thank you so much, rags5 |
