Statute of limitations in Tennessee?

In reference to my original message earlier this date, is there a statute of limitations on this kind of thing in the State of Tennessee?

My response:

The S.O.L. in Tennessee is 6 years for all forms of contracts, be them oral, written or on open accounts, from the date of service or the date of last payment. Since they already have a judgment against you, they have apparently filed their case well within the S.O.L.
