We are curently in bankrupcy court,we are doing huge payback in money at this time to much for the house we are in!! The mortage company doesnt know half of what is wrong with this house!! They never looked at it. 2 older ladies lived here before meaning no repairs were done on it,the roof needs reparied all over it leaks in house real bad & we have a well pump that needs replaced it has been leaking for about 8 years & now is getting worse that is about 5000.00 its self & wall in back room is rotted because of water getting inside! Unfortuntly I have 3 children that live in the home withg my wife & I I really cant afford to pay 1125 a month in mortage & 170 dollar trustee payment & be able to fix house up!!Our present lawyer said to just move but that is real hard with 3 going on 4 children! & we also have a aunt who lives with us,Noo one wants to rent to us because of credit on aunts because this is her house & she filed & my wife is just starting to get credit now!! So I don't know where to go from here!! I want to tell Mortage company that they can take it & they will have a ton of work ahead of them!! I don't know what to do,any advice?
