What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Utah
Can I still be sued after filing a chapter 7 bankruptcy?

A judgement 3 yrs ago. It was included in the chapter 7
Have you communicated with the judgment creditor? Did you inform them that the judgment was discharged in the bankruptcy? If so, how did they respond? Most creditors will back off quickly once you inform them of a discharge and provide the proof they request.
