student loanWhat is the name of your state? OK I know that student loans are usually not discharged in a BK, but I listed mine because it was one of my debts. I have not made a payment since filing in October and I have not heard from them either. Should I contact them now or wait until my discharge is completed to see if they still expect payment? |

| They can do nothing to collect during your bankruptcy. Once you get your discharge, contact them to get your payments up to date and back on track. The loans will NOT be discharged.
