Student Loans - Chapter 13What is the name of your state? Texas You told me to turn this over to my attorney. Out of curiosity - the student loan people were paid at 100% plus interest included in the claim. Is it illegal for them to come after me hiding behind the law Clinton signed in 10/98 stating student loans could not be discharged. This debt was paid not discharged. Please help. Leann |

| No need to start a new post. Just respond to the first one you posted. You need to get an accounting and make certain the the loan was repaid at 100%. Sometimes, they'll just repay the arreage at 100%. If the loan was repaid, you will have some violations of the bk code against the collection agency. |
