Sued after discharge

WISCONSIN

I filed for chapter 7 in in Jan of 2005, the case was discharged in June of 2005. Now I being sued by a creditor in small claims court, claiming I used the wrong account number so it was nit discharged. Right creditor was list. What should I do?

Contact your lawyer. You may need to reopen the case to to correct the mistake.
