summary judgment in bankruptcy

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ms I am thinking of filing chap 13 or 7 bankruptcy. My question is can I include a motion of summary judgment of 58,000 dollars that I just received. Will this completely relieve me of having to pay this?

If it's the sort of debt that is eligible for discharge then yes, bk will wipe it out in a Chapter 7.
