Surrender Mobile home

Post 4 years from Ch7 which included mobile home that never was reaffirmed. Was renting land at the time of Bk but since purchased land with no lien holder deeded in my name only. I want to surrender home back to lender but would like to keep land and have mobile repossessed. Home is in need of many repairs and just doesn't seem worth putting money into. I have been paying interest only on mortgage for the 4 years since bk and owe more than the original note. I told lender they could have it back and to remove home, so they sent papers to sign for surrendering the home. I'm presently living in home not sure when to vacate home, I hate to move out and have it sit on my property for months or longer. Could I force them to remove promptly after surrendering or will this be a long process, or could I stay in home until they agree on a date to remove from property.

Unfortunately you can't force them to do anything. Just stay there until you get some formal notice that they're coming to get it or try nagging them about it.
