What is the name of your state? Texas
I filed a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy and because they kept going up on my monthly payments I decided to surrender my vehicle. After a couple of months I received a copy of a letter "Stay of Motion" from the attorney of the Bank.
It has been over a year and still the vehicle sits in my yard. It is not insured or tagged, my lawyer said they would come get it when I decided to surrender it.

Now my lawyer does not reply to my question of what I should do about the vehilce.

We filed Chapter 11 and chose NOT to re-affirm our vehicle. It's been 6 months and we are still driving it. When will they want it back?

Chapter 11 is for businesses, not individuals.

If you told them to come get it, then they should be able to get it. Send them a letter stating you'll start charging them a storage fee of $100/week for THEIR vehicle if they don't come pick it up !
