tax refund

What is the name of your state? WI
filed chapter 7 on July 8. Had 341 meeting with trustee. He never mentioned anything about my tax refund. Discharge granted Dec 3 with everything finalized on the 15th.

Can they take my refund, if there is any, since all my income was declared exempt for myself and 3 children?

I am still awaiting the final paperwork, which should be here this week but I would like to know what will likely happen.
