Tax refund and chapter 7 trustee

What is the name of your state? CO
I filed BK last year after divorce. The trustee sent me a letter asking me to provide copies of my tax refund by March 27th, which I did. How much of it is he allowed to take? Is there a percentage amount? Can he take my earned income credit? I got back $2600. Please help! Thanks

When did you file for bankruptcy, the timing matters. Depending on when you filed, the Trustee could get a pro-rated portion of your refund.
