What is the name of your state?Oklahoma
I just wanted to thank everyone for all of the information and advice I received. It helped my so much! I just filed the rest of my bankruptcy papers. I have one last question. I filed pro se. I filled out all of the forms to the best of my knowledge and ability. If for some reason I listed something wrong or left something out, will I be penalized if it was not done intentionally. I just a little paranoid now that everything is done.

If the trustee needs something clarified, they'll ask. Mistakes happen and if you clear them up promptly, no harm done.
