I just went to a site called [url="http://www.lawofficez.com"]www.lawofficez.com[/url] which allows me to post a requirement and have attorneys bid on it. Are these legitimate ways to get attorneys?

Yes, they are legal. No different than throwing a dart into a phone book. But, no telling what you might get.
