They sold the debtWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Washington State We filed our bankruptcy papers January 27th. On February 8th we recieved a letter in the mail dated January 31st stating that HSBC had sold our debt and that any more correspondance needed to be sent to the new place. When we contacted the new place they told me that they already had our bankruptcy noted in our file. Do we need to refile that debt? They told us that we don't but I'm seeing where collection companies try to come after people later. We filed pro se so we don't have anyone to ask about this. Our hearing is in about a week and a half so I really need to know if we need to amend our filing. Does anyone know about this? Do we need to change it or does it stand the way it is because we listed the debt and we let the collection company know. |

| Amend your creditor matrix to include the 'new' debt owner.
__________________ There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution). Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |
