Time Frame

What is the name of your state? Georgia
How far back will the administator go on credit card charges in Chapter 7 filing? I am geting ready to file and have charged clothing and food.

The typical lookback is 90 days. However, if you can show that the charges were for NECESSARY expenses, and food and clothing would qualify, its not likely to be challenged.
