Title Company Search

What is the name of your state? Il.

Does anyone know if the court (trustee, whatever) requests for a "report" by the title company when you file for chapt. 7?

Thank you all.

Sounds to me like you are really asking if the trustee will be able to discover property you own but tried to sneak by in the bankruptcy by not reporting it.
The answer to that is.... yes. And you will be in a much deeper pile of crap than you are now.

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

Wrong. A title search is not automatic, or required. It depends on your case. I had property in my name but no financial interest in it and the Trustee didn't blink, or ask for a title search.

I'm neither, just offering my experience. Let's see...you imply that the first poster is hiding assets and then imply that I'm a liar. What an ASSet you are to this board...

KY Minnymouth here,
Yes Maurand you sure did spell ASSet right when you described JETX.
Doesn't sound like he/she is here to HELP, SUPPORT, OR SHARE ADVICE.
Thier "UNIVERSITY" education is shining thru. Nothing more stupid than an educated idiot that acts like a horses "asset"!!! DUH
On the questions about the title search. If one has not been done by anyone, its advisable that you do one to protect your interest, because the Trustee can ask for one.
As far as "hiding" things from the Trustee - its not advisable.
Have a good day,

By 'forgetting' to include a comma after 'Yes' and after 'Maurand', you are showing your lack of education.

Tell ya' what.... You do a search of my posts where the OP has thanked me for my 'help, support and/or advice' and divide it by my total posts. Then, do the same for yours. Wanna' bet who has the highest prorata "Thank you's"??
I am willing to bet mine are TEN TIMES yours.

I love it when some twit (twat??) gets on here making a statement about someone elses education or intelligence.... and can't even spell!!
Mighty embarassing, huh??

Gee, that sounds familiar.... in fact, it has already been said.... making YOUR post absolutely worthless and without ANY value.

And just for chuckles.... lets see what 'minnowmouth' has been up to on the forum....
His/her first post was whining and crying about losing her 'double-wide'.... talk about trailer-trash!! And even then, he/she couldn't follow the forum rules and in all caps and 'its' spelling shows that it is likely a high school dropout!!
http://forum.freeadvice.com/showthread.php?t=193858

His/her next thread was continued 'whining' about that old 'double-wide'....
but apparently did find a dictionary....
http://forum.freeadvice.com/showthread.php?t=198366

Next thread was clear confusion about the process of bankruptcy.... and looks like he/she lost the dictionary..
http://forum.freeadvice.com/showthread.php?t=199226

Bottom line.... minnowmouth, it is clear from your own posts, that you are legally ignorant and certainly NOT in a position to be offering advice or opinions. You can't tell your 'ass'et from a hole in the ground!!
