Too many debts from these creditors

What is the name of your state? MA

Hi,
It me again. Here is a list of all the creditors I owe them :

Providian: $3,569 balance transfer on 8/27/2001
MBNA: $9,261 balance transfer on 11/06/2001
American Express Blue: $1,684 balance tansfer on 11/26/2002
Capital One: $4,422 balance transfer on 11/13/2001
FleetBank: $1,802 balance transfer on 11/05/2001
AT&T Universal Card: $7,359 balance transfer on 11/26/2002
Discover Card: $2,248 balance transfer on 11/30/2001
Bank One (account #1): $3,720 balance transfer on 11/02/2001
Bank One (account #2): $458 balance transfer on 11/08/2001
Bank One (account #3): $2,000 balance transfer on 11/08/2001
Bank One (account #4): $1,400 balance trasnfer on 11/05/2001
Bank of American: $950 cash advance and purchase on 7/31/2003

As you can see I have a lot of credit card debts. All my debts were accumulated from balance transfers that were done over 12 months. I have been making minimum payment without missing a single month up to now. I have retained my layer and she is in the processing of filing C7 next month. I have a question: Will any of these creditors show up at the 341 meeting and file an adversary proceeding? Thanks in advance!

99% of creditors DON'T show. the only one i see that may give you problems is the last one, because it's so recent.

Anadude,
What kind of a problem I would face with the last creditor (BOA)?

he means,
cash advances are different than purchases..... and it's the only one you have in 2003**************

when was the last payment you made and when did your filing become official??

that's what's going to make the difference**************..

I did not make any payment for those purchase and cash advance. My laywer told me not to do so. I will be filing Ch7 this October. Do you think it is a good idea to make one payment of $100 before filing?
