i traided my pink slip for my 1971 fiat spider auto for a new paint job on my house, inside and out. they guy is a painter. we made the deal, a signed contract, in 1996, but i told him i wanted to wait til the house needed it after it was 10 years old which would be in the year 2000. he has been putting me off. told me he would do it in oct of 2000, and nothing happened. i am still calling and pursuing him. i feel i have been ripped off. my question, what is the statute of limitations and do i have a case to sue?
