i was two months behind on my truck. gamc and made payment agreements to get the truck current. i paid the suggested amount that gmac required and they repossesed the truck any way. what should i do??

Contact GMAC.

Ask them:
1) Why did they repossess when you had a payment agreement? (assuming that you were in compliance with the 'agreement'.)

2) What can you do to get the truck back (assuming you want it and don't want a major hit on your credit history).
