trust vs. bankruptcy

What is the name of your state?Oklahoma
I am trying to file chap. 7 My name is still on a deed (single family home)that I signed away to an irrevocable trust established 8 yrs ago. The lawyer for the trust insists that the property will not be affected, yet the bankruptcy attorney says if my name is on the deed, they can take it.The title report shows no notes of a trust being entered. How can the trust defeat the deed?
