trustee sale of home

What is the name of your state? Indiana

Has anyone in Indiana been through the process of having your home sold by the trustee after you've delcared bankruptcy? Can you tell me what the process is?

1. Do local realtors sell the house or some special government office?
2. Do you have to move out or are you allowed to stay in the home until it's sold? What if it takes a year or more to sell? (My neighbor's house has been on the market that long!).
3. What happens to the money from the sale?
4. If the house doesn't sell for at least our mortgage balance plus the exemption we are allowed, will the trustee NOT sell it?

I enjoy reading this forum - most of you are sooo nice and I've seen lots of helpful advice thus far! Thanks!
