Trustee's time to file discharge expired?

Trustee's time to file discharge expired?

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? IN
What are the implications when the trustee failed to file his motion to objection to discharge. His 4 month extention of time to do so expired 2 weeks ago. I realize the main creditor, a bank, in this case can still file and the trustee has just filed a motion with the court to allow the trustee to join with the bank in filing their motion to object to discharge which they have until the end of this month to do so. Hopefully if the court does not grant this to the trustee I would like to know
what future implications might this have on the trustee's authority, if any?
