unsecured debt

What is the name of your state? illinois i filed chapter 7 bankruptcy, my husband was not included in it. one unsecured credit card in my name only,now says that my husband is responsible and now he is primary of the card. even though he had nothing to do with the account. they say they have proof that he was a joint applicant, but wont produce it should he still have to pay?

No, he shouldn't pay if he is not responsible. Are they reporting this on his credit reports?
